Managing Director – Adam Global Network (AGN)


Reports to: Executive Chairman, Adam Global

Location: England, United Kingdom

Contract Type: Full-time Executive Position


1. Purpose of the Role


The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team performance across the Adam Global Network (AGN) under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.


This is a revenue-based leadership role, accountable for generating new income streams, expanding AGN’s global membership, enhancing brand value, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across regions and practice areas.


The MD will train, coach, and develop the existing team, recruit new high-performing members, and build a professional culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and service excellence.


2. Key Objectives and Deliverables


Revenue & Commercial Growth


* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through:
* Membership acquisition and renewals
* Referral and transaction fees via The Provider platform
* Events, sponsorships, and training programs
* Licensing, franchising, and strategic partnerships
* Ensure sustainable profitability and financial discipline across AGN operations.


Network Expansion & Engagement


* Grow AGN’s footprint in financially viable global cities.
* Increase active engagement, referrals, and cross-border collaboration among members.
* Strengthen member satisfaction and retention through continuous value creation.


Operational Delivery


* Implement the AGN Operating System — defining KPIs, performance dashboards, and structured reporting.
* Enhance internal processes for efficiency, accountability, and governance.


People & Team Development


* Train and mentor existing staff to build capability and performance.
* Recruit and onboard new talent in sales, operations, and marketing to support growth.
* Build a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.


Digital Transformation


* Lead adoption and optimisation of “The Provider” — AGN’s digital platform for service delivery and referrals.
* Oversee data integration, CRM utilisation, and automation to support scalability.


Brand & Market Leadership


* Position AGN as a trusted, globally recognised professional services network.
* Support the CEO in delivering the International Business Forum (IBF) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) as flagship events.


3. Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with AGN’s revenue objectives.
* Identify, structure, and close commercial opportunities across member firms and partner organisations.
* Support the CEO in managing and expanding the global network.
* Coach, motivate, and develop staff to achieve their professional potential.
* Build capability and accountability across the AGN team.
* Drive activation of The Provider platform among member firms.
* Oversee delivery of AGN events including the IBF, AGM, and regional forums.
* Ensure compliance with AGN’s standards, ethics, and independence rules.

5. Person Specification


Essential Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
* Minimum 10–12 years of senior leadership experience in a professional services environment.
* Proven track record of sales and revenue generation in service-based or membership organisations.
* Experience of running and managing professional networks.
* Demonstrated ability to train, lead, and develop teams across diverse cultures.
* Strong commercial acumen and operational management capability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.


Desirable Experience


* Prior experience in global network management, alliance leadership, or franchise systems.
* Exposure to digital platforms, CRM systems, and business analytics.
* Background in accounting, law, or consulting sectors.
* Experience leading or organising international business events.

8. Remuneration and Terms


* Base salary: Competitive
* Performance-based incentives: Revenue-linked commission and bonuses

* Benefits: Health insurance, business travel expenses, and performance incentives
* Contract Duration: 3 years (renewable)
* Probation: 6 months
* Notice Period: 2 months
