Job Title: Sales Manager – Private Jet Charter
Location: Fully Remote (UK, EU or UAE)
Salary: Up to £70,000 base (DOE) + uncapped comms
Hours: Full time
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, high-performing private jet brokerage as it enters its next phase of growth heading into 2026.
The business has strong commercial momentum and increasing client demand. To support continued scale, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Manager who will play a key role in both driving new business and supporting the ongoing success of the brokerage team.
This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who leads by example. You will operate as a senior broker in your own right, building and billing your own desk, while also acting as a point of guidance and structure for the wider team. Where the team is performing well and consistently hitting KPIs, the focus remains firmly on commercial growth and new business. Where support is needed, you will provide direction, coaching, and clarity to help maintain momentum.
The role suits someone commercially minded, approachable, and self-sufficient, a natural leader who helps raise standards without micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the sales and brokerage team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent performance and output
* Running structured weekly 1:1s focused on activity levels, KPIs, pipeline, and billing
* Tracking KPIs and performance metrics to ensure brokers are on target
* Supporting the team to help hit the agreed billing and activity targets
* Identifying performance gaps and providing additional support where needed
* Supporting the development of brokers while driving higher overall team billing
* Acting as the internal escalation point for sales and performance-related matters
* Providing regular insight and reporting to the founder to support strategic decision making
* Contributing to the ongoing commercial strategy and future growth of the brokerage
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 4 years in private aviation charter sales.
* Proven experience managing a sales or brokerage team within private aviation.
* A strong personal billing background.
* Demonstrable experience running effective weekly 1:1s and managing KPIs.
* A calm, structured leadership style.
* Commercially astute with strong decision-making capability.
* Self-sufficient and confident operating in a fully remote environment.
