* Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets
* Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and quality compliance
* Monitor performance, attendance, and conduct within the team
* Ensure production lines and processes are operated safely and efficiently
* Coordinate staffing levels, breaks, and shift handovers
* Support training, coaching, and development of team members
* Identify and escalate operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure accurate completion of production and compliance documentation
1. Proven previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing, production, or beverage/food environment
2. Strong communication and people management skills
3. Ability to lead by example and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards in manufacturing
5. A flexible approach to shift working
6. A minimum ILM Level 2 in Leadership and team skills qualification (or equivalent)
