A highly regarded GP Training Practice just north of Plymouth is seeking a Salaried GP to join a stable, experienced team. This is a rare opportunity offering an exceptional sessional rate, hybrid working, and a well-supported, structured day with minimal home visiting and no traditional duty doctor model.
Salary & Benefits
1. £12,400–£12,900 per session + indemnity paid

Workload & Structure
4. 4+ sessions
5. 27 patients per day, structured and predictable
6. 15-minute appointments
7. Mix of F2F, calls and e-consults
8. Protected admin / task slots built into the day
9. No traditional duty doctor model Acute Hub system in place First patient not until 09:30 when covering
10. Minimal home visits Covered daily by Paramedic / ANP team
11. Excellent continuity of care with your own patient list
