Job Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

* Oversee credit control operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
* Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
* Manage and maintain customer credit files.
* Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
* Prepare and present credit reports to the management.
* Work closely with the accounting and finance team to achieve objectives.
* Identify improvements to credit control processes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

* Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
* Solid understanding of credit control principles and best practices.
* A foundational level in excel.
* Exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relevant finance software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
