Position: Customer Service and Sales Assistant (4 days per week - 32 hours)
We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team in our Bracknell store This is an office-based role focusing on sales, customer service, administration, and facility management.

Salary: £20,320 Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus (of up to £300 per month) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 32 hours per week (4 days per week); Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm / Saturday: 9am - 3pm (on average staff work every other Saturday)

The Role
The Sales and Customer Service Assistant reports to the Store and Deputy Manager's and takes a hands-on role in the day to day running of the store in order to achieve operational business objectives, sales targets and customer satisfaction.
This is a varied role covering:
* Sales
* Customer Service

Key Duties
Sales
* Responsibility for achieving sales results and meeting KPI's on a month to month basis
* Respond too, and close enquiries in a timely manner providing an excellent service throughout
* Act to maximise merchandise and insurance sales
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and customer retention
Customer Service
At Titan Storage Solutions we place the customers at the centre of our business and expect staff to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills during every customer interaction. You will also be responsible for:
* Managing customer accounts, queries and activities on site and take responsibility for the customers at your store
* Promote customer feedback through our company review platforms
* Identify and analyse customer enquiry trends, patterns and needs to further develop local networking and business relations
Administration
* Follow operational administrative processes and audit requirements in your store
* Manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments and any debtors in your store
* Maintain a high standard of admin on customer contracts
Facility Management
* Ensure the property is well presented
* Take an active role in managing H&S compliance
* Manage contractors and clients on site
* Take accountability for management of incidents or property maintenance
This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is customer focussed and results driven. An ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team is a must and you must thrive in taking responsibility and ownership of your store.
Ideal candidates will be computer literate and have experience in a customer facing position.
