Teacher of Biology/Head of Department Full-Time Permanent Salary: £32,178 – £49,725 suitable for NQT's Full time consists of 1425 minutes of teaching per week and 1265 directed hours per annum worked over 195 days of which 190 are teaching days with a commitment of 23.75 hours per week contact time. The College day for daytime students starts at 8.50 am and ends at 4.10 pm. We wish to appoint a well-qualified, innovative and inspirational teacher of Biology from 26th August 2025. The successful person will teach A level biology and potentially the new AAQ human biology course. There is also an opportunity for Head of Department/Subject Lead for the right person.
