Job Description: As the Warehouse Shift Coordinator you will ensure organisation of staffing schedules, leading a team of 4-8 Warehouse Operatives to ensure that day to day activities meet required targets on time and in full. This will be a working role leading by example. Reporting directly to the Deputy Warehouse Manager and taking on overall responsibility when the DWM is absent.
