Interim Employment Solicitor - Hampshire - Six months
Our client a well regarded regional law firm based in Hampshire is currently looking for an Employment Solicitor for six months to cover a period of Maternity leave, starting as soon as possible.
The role will involve approximately 70% respondent and 30% claimant matters including;
* Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice to employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and performance issues.
* Support clients with employment-related aspects of business change, including restructuring, TUPE transfers, and changes to terms and conditions.
* Advise on and manage contentious matters such as Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting responses, preparing witness statements, and liaising with counsel
Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a hybrid basis with just 2 days in office and 3 days working remotely each week.
