Following their move to a newly repurposed and fully accessible Hub in Yate, they’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re now supporting them in the search for a Day Opportunities Coordinator. This newly created role will lead the delivery of a vibrant programme of activities including day sessions, boccia weekends, short breaks, and outreach. It’s a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of Support Workers and ensuring every member receives high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll also play a key role in developing new services, building relationships with families and carers, and collaborating with community partners. We’re looking for candidates with: * 3–5 years’ experience in social care or community services * A strong track record in team leadership and programme delivery * A passion for inclusion, empowerment, and human-rights-based care * Creativity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a values-led organisation that’s small in size but mighty in ambition.
