Supervisor to join our team!
The Role:
We are
seeking a skilled F&B supervisor to oversee the food and beverage
operations in our establishment!
Main
responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of food production,
including menu planning, food preparation and ensuring high quality standards
are maintained
* Oversee food safety practices and compliance
with health and safety regulations
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver
exceptional service and maintain a positive dining experience for customers
* Supervise bar operations, including bartending
services and beverage inventory management
* Implement cost control measures to achieve
financial targets while maintaining quality standards
* Collaborate with suppliers to source high
quality ingredients and negotiate competitive pricing
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure
cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards
* Supervisor banqueting operations to ensure
clients needs are met for small meetings up to large scale dinners
Desired Experience:
* Proven experience in hospitality management,
restaurant operations or hotel F&B management
* Proficient in team management, supervising
staff and fostering a positive work environment
* Familiar with bartending practices and
beverage service operations
