* Build genuine, trusting, and non‑judgemental relationships with participants to create a safe space for personal growth.
* Provide one‑to‑one support, setting and reviewing goals and ensuring accurate, timely recording.
* Manage a caseload of individuals, balancing their needs while keeping up with related administration.
* Maintain thorough, up‑to‑date records in the IT system, ensuring progress is properly tracked.
What We Are Looking For
* Training/Facilitation experience – confidence and ability to deliver engaging sessions.
* Excellent communication skills – ability to engage, motivate, persuade, and listen, building strong connections.
* Safeguarding awareness – identifying safeguarding risks and following protocols within a challenging environment.
* IT and administrative skills – meticulous record‑keeping to measure client progress and ensure effective interventions.
Additional Requirements
While we welcome applicants with lived experience, this role requires an enhanced DBS check and HMPPS EL1 vetting. Due to the time required to complete these checks, successful candidates will be offered a start date at least six weeks from the point of job offer.
Benefits
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with option to trade for additional leave.
* EAP support programme available 24/7, including six free counselling sessions.
