Salary: From £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and highly organised Office or Practice Manager with a background in financial services? We’re looking for a confident leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a high-performing, client-focused business.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the smooth running of the office, manage a collaborative Client Services team, ensure compliance with FCA and GDPR standards, and support Advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our practice management systems and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support the Client Services team
* Oversee operational processes and ensure FCA/GDPR compliance
* Act as a key liaison between Advisers, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Manage resources, budgets, invoicing, and reporting
* Drive system and process efficiency across the business

What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years in financial services, ideally within an IFA environment
* Proven experience in office/practice management
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
* Experience with systems such as intelliflo or IRESS preferred
