Qualifications and Experience
* Hands-on experience in toolmaking, bench-fitting, machining, and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC). Experience with CNC machining and programming using 3-axis milling machines is advantageous.
* Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions quickly and confidently.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Delcam, NX, or equivalents.
* Knowledge of safety policies, especially within a 5S safety system, is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Apply technical skills and root cause analysis to resolve breakdowns and implement long-term solutions.
* Prioritize workload effectively, adapt to shifting tasks, and manage time efficiently.
* Perform planned maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects involving welding and die/tool maintenance.
* Communicate effectively within the team and across departments to ensure project success.
* Motivate self for skill development and participate in training opportunities.
