We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a dynamic and growing company in Scarborough within the property industry.
We are looking for individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service or Account Management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a driven starter with the determination to achieve the best results.
Some of the Client Services Executive responsibilities will be:
Attend company run events, networking and building relationships with your premium clients
Collecting customer satisfaction survey results and developing action plans to continuously enhance our client experience
Managing the payment collection process to ensure clients meet their payment obligations and working with them when they are unable to make their monthly instalments
This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary between £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience. As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to attend exciting company events, including two nights away per month and three nights away four times a year.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle, you will get paid mileage when you attend the events.
