This is a fast-paced environment involving high-volume, low-value jobs where strong commercial discipline is essential.What You Will Do Implement commercial processes to ensure contractual entitlement is achievedLead on commercial procedures for cost capture, valuation, procurement and reportingManage subcontractor accounts in line with agreed termsPrepare commercial reports including Cost Value Reconciliations and cash flowsEstablish and monitor agreed benchmarks and KPIs for the contract What You Will Bring Strong stakeholder management experienceProven experience in a similar commercial or Quantity Surveying roleExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong commercial and financial acumenIdeally, a relevant degree (RICS-accredited or equivalent) with experience operating at a senior QS levelExperience using SAP is desirable but not essential-full training can be provided.
