Futureheads is partnered with a UK-based B2B Edtech SaaS business delivering advanced workforce training solutions. They support industries where safety and high-level training are essential, transforming workplace education through SaaS tools, VR simulations, and bespoke e-learning content.
The company is experiencing growth and aims to scale their technical team, raising the bar for talent to continue innovating. They seek an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join their journey.
Reporting to the VP of Technology, this client-facing role focuses on their B2B SaaS offerings. It involves collaboration with tech/digital teams to keep projects on schedule, improve output quality, support quarterly roadmap planning, and leverage your expertise to boost team efficiency and technical standards.
This role suits a Technical Delivery Manager with B2B SaaS experience in highly regulated industries. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects such as migrations, onboarding, and integrations is required.
Requirements:
* 4+ years as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager
* Good technical knowledge, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree
* B2B SaaS experience
* Experience in regulated industries like Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, Education
* Experience with data migration projects
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing multiple complex technical projects
* Relevant Agile and Project Management certifications
