Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to Java development across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and MySQL.
* Build and maintain a SaaS product with impact on carbon reduction and urban health.
* Hire, scale, and manage a technical team; apply performance management and leadership skills.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with GCP, SQL, and MySQL.
* Prior or demonstrated experience in hiring and scaling a team; leadership capabilities are beneficial.
* Qualification: Certificate or Associate Degree (as listed in job metadata).
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: up to £85,000 per year.
