We’re working with welcoming mainstream primary schools across Southwark looking for Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants who want to gain hands-on experience supporting children’s learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
If you’re interested in educational psychology, child development, behaviour, or SEND, this role is a brilliant first step.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups in the classroom
* Helping children with behaviour, focus, and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Building positive relationships that help pupils feel confident and ready to learn
What we’re looking for
* A degree in Psychology or a related subject
* A patient, positive, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* An interest in child development, SEND, or behaviour support
