Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi VA is a unique 3-16 Church in Wales school which serves the historic city of St. Davids, the peninsula and beyond. Based in the picturesque surroundings of the Pembrokeshire National Park, the school offers an inclusive learning environment where pupils and staff are proud of the Christian and community ethos. The school is the heartbeat of the community and is very much a part of the cathedral and Diocesan family.
The Governors are looking to appoint a deputy headteacher with leadership experience, preferably in an all age setting. Candidates who understand the complexities of mainstream and LRC provision in a multi-campus setting are encouraged to apply. The school requires an energetic, passionate deputy headteacher with a strong work ethic and effective and inspirational communication skills. The successful candidate will perform a pivotal role within the strategic leadership team in continuing to drive school improvement whilst role modelling our values and highest professional standards.
