All About The Role
We are seeking a Registration Support Officer to join the team at Peterborough Register Office. The role involves working four days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
You will be the first point of contact at reception, assist with citizenship ceremonies, and work with archives to produce historical certificates. Additionally, you will be involved in ushering and registering marriages and civil partnerships, requiring confidence in front of an audience. The role also includes various administrative tasks supporting our services.
All About You
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills are essential. You should demonstrate calmness and tact, especially in emotional or confidential situations. The role requires working independently and as part of a team, with daily responsibilities varying.
