Overview
We are looking for kind, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our committed care home teams at HC-One – The Kind Care Company. This role combines clinical expertise with the opportunity to form genuine, lasting connections with Residents and their families. You will work in a nurse-led environment, practicing in a multi-disciplinary team and developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care to residents and involve families in care planning.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Demonstrate effective communication, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
* Advocate for residents and support them with life-changing decisions.
* Recognise safeguarding responsibilities; attend safeguarding training and report concerns as appropriate.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Valid NMC pin number and commitment to professional standards of practice.
* Ability to mentor colleagues and support as a practice supervisor/assessor.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care.
* Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action.
