What youll be doing Building and nurturing relationships with SEND schools, alternative provisions, and specialist settings. Attracting, interviewing, and supporting high-quality SEND professionals. Matching educators to roles where they can genuinely make a difference. Providing consultative advice to clients on staffing, compliance, and workforce planning. Managing your own desk with autonomy, accountability, and full support from our leadership team. Visiting schools to deepen relationships and understand their unique needs.
