SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
Location: UK-wide offices with hybrid working
Our client is a leading consultancy scaling its SAP-enabled transformation practice in response to continued demand for S/4HANA delivery. They are currently delivering major multi-phase programmes with well-known global and UK brands and are investing heavily in senior delivery capability to support a strong pipeline.
About the role
This is a senior delivery role inside a fast-growing advisory team. You will take ownership of shaping and leading key workstreams across complex S/4HANA programmes, ensuring delivery stays on track against scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Lead core workstreams within large S/4HANA transformation programmes.
* Manage workstream plans, scope, timelines, budget and delivery outputs.
* Assess delivery risks and drive issue resolution with clear decisions and actions.
* Troubleshoot complex delivery challenges across business and technical areas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Contribute to internal delivery methods, tools, and thought leadership.
* Support business development by identifying opportunities across new and existing clients.
* Train, coach, and supervise delivery team members.
Experience required
* Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Workstream Lead, Cutover Manager or Test Manager on S/4HANA programmes.
* Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and S/4HANA implementation approaches.
* Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
* Experience leading teams of around 6 to 10 people.
* Prior consulting background.
