Location: Crewe (Office-Based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £26,000 + Commission

We’re supporting a global leader in business services to recruit 4 Account Managers for their Crewe office. You’ll be managing a large portfolio of customers, acting as their key point of contact, and playing an important role in the wider sales and account management strategy.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing and developing a portfolio of 600+ business customers.
• Building strong relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Driving account growth by introducing the full product and service suite.
• Tailoring communication and engagement methods to meet individual customer needs.
• Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver against company objectives.
Who we’re looking for
• Previous experience in account management, telesales, or a customer-focused sales role.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver commercial growth.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and managing customer data.
