Job Title: Project Manager - Residential / Retirement / Care Homes

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Package

A well-established developer and contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a new-build residential development in the Southampton area. The scheme includes high-specification elements, built using traditional methods.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the build from pre-construction to completion
* Coordinate with design and technical consultants
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery
* Ensure all work meets required specifications, quality, and compliance standards
* Maintain strong health & safety standards
* Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering traditional build residential projects
* Background in care homes or retirement living is essential
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Good understanding of technical drawings and construction methodology
* Track record of delivering schemes to a high standard
