Job Advert: Customer Support Advisor Temporary
Duration: November, December, January (potentially longer)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £12.71
Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home
Role Purpose for a Customer Support Advisor:
Covering a busy period within the business, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team to ensure effective, seamless working between the Sales and Marketing teams, Showroom, Finance and Distribution/Fulfilment Departments. If successful during the temporary period, a permanent position could be available after this time.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Advisor:
Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective manner
Provide an excellent customer experience by following company processes
Deal with complaints and escalate when required
Update the in house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customer
Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries
Complete refund authorisation if required
Key Skills/Attributes of a Customer Care Advisor:
Previous experience in a customer focused role
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes
Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
