Senior QA Engineer (Contract) 📍 Windsor, UK (Hybrid – 1 day onsite a week)

About the Role We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to support a large digital transformation programme, ensuring high-quality customer journeys across voice, web, mobile, and chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute end-to-end test strategies across voice (IVR/IVA), web, mobile (iOS/Android), and chat
* Create test plans and cases covering intent handling, ambiguity resolution, and business rules
* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
* Validate channel-specific behaviours (ASR/NLU, UI, conversational flows)
* Test cross-channel journeys (e.g. voice → app → web → agent)
* Analyse logs (ASR/NLU, analytics, telemetry, chat transcripts)
* Run A/B testing and validate KPIs (conversion, engagement, containment, resolution)
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years in IT, including 6+ years in QA
* Experience in manual and automated testing
* Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (white-box & black-box)
* Experience with test automation tools
* Agile/Scrum experience
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
