We are seeking a detail-oriented Trainee Wealth Planning Administrator to join an existing team based in our offices in Brighton. We are leading chartered Financial Planning company and we are on the a recruitment drive to increase the team due to volume of work from our new client base.
We are looking for individuals who are currently working within a financial services organisation.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of meeting packs
* Uploading of new business documents.
* Provide administrative support to the financial Paraplanning team, including sending out of client fact find.
* Being a point of contact for clients
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial services in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
* Booking in review meeting
* Liaising with Pension Provider & Investment Platforms
Skills
For this role we are looking for
* Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
* Solid office skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of financial services is advantageous.

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
