You certainly won’t be cooped up in the office 5 days a week; managing your own diary, you will get out and about meeting new companies. You really will have the freedom to make decisions that drive results generating your own leads and opportunities through sales, networking and business development. You’ll create an amazing customer journey but you’ll also have the backing of a supportive and highly experienced senior team.
Getting to know clients and candidates is a big part of the role so being inquisitive (or nosey) is definitely a prerequisite. Finding out what motivates individuals to find work and why companies are recruiting will be a large part of making that dream match.
We’ve lots of clever tech to aid you in your journey; you’ll be no stranger to Microsoft Word and Excel as well as being comfortable working with CRM systems. Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence is required as you will have access to a pool vehicle.
