About Us
We are a specialist education recruitment agency working with a wide network of primary and primary SEN schools across Surrey. As we approach the new academic year, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers for a range of exciting opportunities, with both immediate and September starts available.
The Role
We are recruiting for adaptable and committed teachers to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in both mainstream and specialist SEN settings. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact, whether supporting whole classes or working with pupils with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leaders.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
* Experience or strong interest in SEN is highly desirable.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A flexible, proactive, and positive approach.
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
