As a Casino Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue. Your leadership is vital for establishing a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers alike. Understanding the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor is at the core of your duties to ensure everyone has an incredible experience and absolutely loves the time they spend within the Casino. Responsibilities
* Coordinate the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue
* Establish a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests
* Understand and respond to the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor
* Maintain high standards of service and guest experience
Qualifications
* Casino Expertise: Solid UK casino management experience with understanding of all gaming activities (slots to tables) and how to optimise them for performance and profitability
* Licensed Leader: Valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understanding of responsibilities
* Customer-First Mindset: Ability to deliver a safe, exciting, and engaging environment
* Operational Excellence: Focus on maximising performance across the gaming floor
* Strong Communicator: Open dialogue, feedback, and clear leadership
