Workonomics are partnering with a well-known, much-loved, multi-product SaaS company - a B2B but with the look, feel, and vibe of a B2C.
They're an established, profitable, maturing business, with millions of users globally, who are growing their London product, engineering, and design group.
A key product focus for 2024 is Growth, i.e. looking at optimising all stages of the sales funnel, from Acquisition to Activation to Retention to Revenue.
They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager who:
* won’t be focused on zero-to-one feature development
* will be focused on moving the needle on core metrics
* is excited by the prospect of working on impactful business-wide initiatives that directly improve the company's $ARR 💥
This role will suit someone who:
* has worked in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving B2B SaaS company before
* uses both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions
* loves owning initiatives end-to-end, and is a natural leader with entrepreneurial qualities
* knows their way around A/B tests, analytics tools, user interviews, and competitor research
* is passionate about great UX, but fundamentally driven by impacting the bottom line
