Amaretto, Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire are currently recruiting for a chef de partie who is comfortable or wants to progress and learn in every section of our kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile & enthusiastic chef to work within an award winning, family run, independent, local village restaurant.
Candidates will be working closely alongside the head chef and team to create our seasonal, a la carte & special meus consisting of a blend of modern, classical, street food and with freshness key.
Candidates must;
* Be willing to assist the head chef with the day to day running of the business and become strong team member.
* Have a good base knowledge and cooking ability.
* Enthusiastic, creative, driven, willingness to learn, develop their skill set and palette,
* Have good hygiene standards. efficient and punctual.
* Be able to work within a busy kitchen environment and be able to work within a team of passionate chefs.

* Last orders 8.30pm mid week & 9pm at weekends.
