Account Manager HQ – Teesside / hybrid Basic salary £32,000-£36,000 per annum depending on skills and knowledge + Commission Package Hybrid working The role: Join our clients growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass: Sales (50%) * Consult with Purchasing Team to provide quotations for service within the product/services and price ranges defined by the business. * Production of contracts for services including liaison with legal functions where required * Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate to ensure growth attainment in line with defined targets. * Complete key vendor pre-sales certifications. * Ensure all sales opportunities are logged in CRM and are kept up to date * Attendance and participation at internal sales meetings * Complete key vendor pre-sales certifications * Attend networking events, webinars, seminars and exhibitions as and when required Client Relationship Management (45%) * Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients * Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with multiple client stakeholders * Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure, including on-site days/visits where necessary * Plan, document...
