Responsibilities
* Manage the final delivery of the 2026 centrally funded intake while implementing the new Business Sector Funded model.
* Execute a roadmap to reach a steady state of 100 graduates within the next two years.
* Create and launch fresh, high-impact development recruitment processes tailored to our new delivery framework.
* Build deep ties with universities and lead recruitment initiatives in core regions to drive social mobility.
* Full accountability for Early Careers spend, ensuring financial efficiency during the transition to sector funding.
Who You Are
* An experienced recruiter or talent manager with a background in Early Careers or Graduate cycles.
* A confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders across various business sectors.
* A builder who enjoys designing new processes and content from the ground up.
* Analytically minded, with the ability to manage complex budgets and scale populations effectively.
