Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Architecture and Building Surveying South West team. Based out of our Exeter Office, you’ll be working with our team with a wide range of experience, focusing on:
* Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Project delivery of works ranging from £30k-£2m (subject to experience);
* Undertaking pre-purchase building surveys of residential and commercial property;
* Preparing schedules of condition for leasehold purposes;
* Undertaking inspections and producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules;
* Undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for a wide range of properties and portfolio types;
* Providing advice and consultancy on general defect analysis of property;
* Maintaining our established client base and growing new leads.

Based within our multi-disciplinary Exeter office of 35+, you will be part of the Southern Architecture and Building Surveying team and the wider national discipline of 50+ team members.
