This is a vacancy that would suit someone with proven month end accounting experience, either an active studying candidate or someone who has AAT level 4 as a minimum. Experience in Xero or Microsoft Dynamics will be beneficial.
This is a unique role and would suit someone who is a stickler for details, loves a good spreadsheet, thrives on tight deadlines, can follow a process accurately, and has experience in balance sheet reconciliation. Analytical thinking and ability to understand/analyse big sets of data is a must for this role.
Responsibilities of this role are:
Bank reconciliation
Prepayments and accruals
Manual journal preparation
Intercompany account reconciliation
Fixed asset register maintenance
Review of nominal activity and department tracking
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Meeting month end close date deadline
Experience and skills required:
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and in particular Excel
Understanding of currency and international transactions
Understanding of intercompany accounting and group company structure
Excellent client and internal communication skills
ACCA/CIMA studier/AAT level 4 qualified
