Mech Electrics are working in partnership with a long-established M&E client at the forefront of public sector decarbonisation. They are playing a lead role in delivering progressive, sustainable upgrades across NHS sites in Wales — with investment planned across a 10+ year horizon.

The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of works packages on a regionally focused site – within the Betsi Cadwalader University Health Board area. These projects will evolve over time, beginning with immediate low-carbon measures and progressing toward full energy centre solutions.
Responsibilities Include:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of energy efficiency and infrastructure upgrade projects (typically £7–8M).

Oversee subcontractor performance and on-site project coordination.

Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to the client team.
