About this role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will dive into our world-class technology organisation to lead financial strategy for Just Eat for Business (JEfB). You will lead your team to deliver excellence in reporting and care for our partners by driving scalable growth. This role is perfect for a high-aiming professional eager to own the financial conduit between local and global teams while navigating a dynamic, international environment.
Location: London (Hybrid) Reporting to: Finance Director - Just Eat for Business
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Lead and nurture the Finance Business Partnering team to drive high performance and professional growth.
* Oversee the relationship with our outsourced finance function to ensure workload efficacy across B2B and Partnership streams.
* Act as the financial conduit between local business units and Global JET Finance to ensure reporting excellence.
* Drive budget planning and automate finance processes to optimise efficiency and support our "Lead" value.
* Develop advanced financial models and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help steer the business toward scalable growth.
* Partner with cross-functional streams to provide analytical support and clearly communicate financial findings to stakeholders.
* Manage the audit process and ensure all financial practices align with statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
What will you bring to the team?
* Proven experience in people management and a commitment to helping others succeed.
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) which is essential for this technical role.
* Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with an ability to see the "big picture."
* A commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex finance data for non-finance audiences.
* Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to act responsibly with sensitive information.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive alignment across international teams.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for driving excellence in a fast-paced environment.
