Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify new business opportunities in global markets and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using MEDDPICC Methodology to align with the growth ambition of the Global Forming Group.
* Travel requirement of 50% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities globally.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.
* Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs in various regions.
* Direct the business development strategy within and outside Global Forming and map and follow the policy for the business.
* Identify relevant market and customer developments and acquire customer opportunities.
* Manage new product introductions internally and externally in collaboration with the project leader.
* Coordinate and follow up on S&OP meetings internally and with the customer.
* Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the focus accounts.
* Guide and manage agents or distributors within your responsibility.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in international account management or New Business Development
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
* In depth understanding and proficient in executing MEDDPICC methodology
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Business Model Canvas, Strategyzer, Value Proposition (preferred).
