Milk Education is currently recruiting Core Subject Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools and academies. This role is ideal for individuals with strong subject knowledge who are confident delivering pre‑planned lessons in English, Maths, and Science.

The Role:

As a Core Subject Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the absence of the class teacher, ensuring learning continues smoothly across core subjects. You will play a key role in maintaining focus, engagement, and positive behaviour within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising classes in core subjects across KS3 and KS4
2. Delivering pre‑set work and lesson plans
3. Managing classroom behaviour effectively
4. Supporting pupils to remain on task
5. Providing feedback to teaching staff and senior leaders

Essential Requirements:

6. Previous UK school experience is essential
7. Experience covering or supporting English, Maths, and/or Science
8. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
9. Confident communication and leadership abilities
10. A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach
