Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.
* Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Registration with Social Work England.
