Night Guest Experience Supervisor - Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre
Ensure that our guests experience a smooth Check-in and Check-out process, including Group Check-ins.
Provide nightly coverage of our Reception and Concierge desks.
Answer hotel calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
Supervise the Night Audit process.
Prepare and deliver Room Service orders.
Keep the Front Office and lobby area clean and tidy.
Support colleagues from other departments with setup and clearing of Food & Beverage outlets, including Conference & Events.
Conduct regular security walks around the hotel.
Mentor and support Night Guest Experience Agents.
As a Night Guest Experience Supervisor, you will manage daily hotel operations and create a warm, memorable atmosphere for guests. You should have an excellent eye for detail and strong customer service skills. Previous hotel experience in Front Office roles, ideally from a branded hotel background, is required, along with knowledge of Front Office systems.
Qualifications include experience in customer service, team supervision, proactive and approachable attitude, understanding of Food Safety standards, and excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also necessary.
