Key Responsibilities: Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless andhigh quality guest experience. Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality whilst controlling costs. Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance. Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, experiences, offers and events. Manage rota planning. Collaborate with events manager for wedding function sheets. Hiring, training, and scheduling employees while fostering a positive work environment. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Key Skills: Licensing Qualification: an accredited licensing qualification to sell alcohol. Customer Service Excellence: Handling guest interactions and ensuring great experience. Proven experience as a restaurant and bar manager in a similar role. String leadership skills, with ability to motivate a team. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. A lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach Sommelier or mixology experience Strong IT skills to manage reservation system.
