About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing professional services business operating within the Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Junior Account Manager to develop long-term client relationships, manage contracts, and support account growth within a regulated environment.
This role suits someone confident with clients, highly organised, and keen to build a career in account management, client services, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
2. Own client contracts including renewals, compliance and service delivery
3. Build strong, professional relationships to drive retention and growth
4. Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products
5. Manage and coordinate projects across internal teams
6. Prepare and present MI reports, performance updates and forecasts
