Customer Service / Technical Support – Permanent Role
Location: Boston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (early finish at 2:30pm on Fridays)
About the Role
You’ll be joining a busy and friendly team, handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, electricians and companies seeking support with technical issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and managing customer calls with professionalism and care
* Providing technical support and guidance (full training provided if required)
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is logged correctly
* Working to deadlines and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals
