Join Bella di Notte as a Customer Care Advisor (3 days a week)
Bella di Notte is known for beautifully made clothing, exceptional service, and a loyal customer base who value quality and personal attention. We’re looking for a warm, confident Customer Care Advisor to join us three days a week.
This role will be primarily based in our store, where you’ll provide thoughtful, attentive service to customers who appreciate expertise, discretion, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also support our customer care team with occasional phone and online enquiries.
What the Role Involves
* Offering a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting our shop
* Providing knowledgeable guidance on fit, fabrics, and styling
* Assisting with purchases, exchanges, and gift wrapping
* Providing professional bra fitting guidance with sensitivity and confidence
* Maintaining a beautifully presented shop environment
* Supporting customer enquiries by phone, email, and online when needed
* Building strong product knowledge to give confident, considered recommendation
This is a role for someone who enjoys meaningful interactions, takes pride in high standards, and understands the importance of a calm, reassuring presence.
What you will bring to the role
* Experience in retail or customer service
* A polished, friendly manner and excellent communication skills
* Confidence supporting customers both in person and over the phone
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
