Responsibilities
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise medication management and ensure patient safety.
* Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters to staff and patients.

* Support the implementation of hospital pharmacy policies and procedures.
* Educate and mentor junior pharmacy staff, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
Qualifications
* Must have previous general wards experience.
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
* A car driver is preferable for easy commute between facilities.
