We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with solid Sage 50 to support both our accounting and office operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Sage 50: * Maintain accurate records: A/P, A/R, general ledger * Reconcile bank statements and resolve queries * Process invoices and manage vendor accounts * Assist with basic financial reports and analysis ️ Administrative Support: * Logistic reporting weekly. * Data Entry on CRM system * Liaise with external parties to organise deliveries and collections from external suppliers.
